－ Dylen Chang, AG Neovo Project Manager
AG Neovo is a world-leading provider of professional display solutions. Drawing from its experience and knowledge, it has unveiled a newly upgraded SC-Series that provides professional surveillance and security solutions. Including a higher dynamic contrast ratio (DCR), screen freeze function, and pre-configured CCTV mode, the series provides surveillance and security professionals with the quality and clarity they need, and performance that doesn’t break the budget. And with a range of sizes (19” – 55”), the SC-Series is adaptable to a variety of environments.
Clearer Images for Better Recognition
Surveillance requires clear images, higher contrast, and adaptability. This new series delivers: it has an enhanced dynamic contrast ratio of 20,000,000:1, meaning better quality and finer details on darker images. Gamma curve selection, black-level adjustability, and contrast enhancer (available on select models) allow for better images in low-light conditions. Accounting for the nature of the scenario, needing long hours of dedicated use, the series has Anti-Burn-in™ technology to prevent ghosting and burn-in of images.
Optimised for Surveillance and Security
Setup is easy, with a variety of connectors supported, including HDMI, VGA, and Composite; and pre-configured CCTV mode can be activated through the on-screen menu. The screen freeze feature pauses at a single touch for easy screenshots, without interrupting surveillance input. Selectable aspect ratios allow users to adapt the display to different input sources. Most importantly, the series is optimised for non-stop, 24-7 operation. Surveillance doesn’t take breaks; neither does the SC-Series.
The Value Choice for Security Environments
New and improved, the SC-Series delivers performance at a reasonable cost. Dylen Chang, Project Manager for AG Neovo, agrees: “The upgraded SC-Series provides surveillance and security professionals with cost-effective displays full of surveillance-optimised features. Reliable for long hours of monitoring and providing high image clarity, they are essential for any control room.”
