AG Neovo Unveils DR-22 for Dental Clinics

The DR-22, a tailor-made display crafted specifically for medical surroundings like dental clinics, stands out as another case in point.AG Neovo is happy to introduce the DR-22, an environment-specific display designed exclusively for dental clinics and other healthcare environments.

Hygiene maintenance is easy for the DR-22. On top of touch sensor control keys and metal housing, NeoV™ Optical Glass technology protects the screen from scratch, dust and water. In particular, this unique hard glass promises to withstand the potential damage of detergents from a high incidence of disinfection between patients.

With its medical-grade power supply, the DR-22 has won such medical certificates as EN60601-1 and IEC60601-1. Complementing the DC 24V medical-grade power adaptor is a 5-meter-long DC power cord that accords freedom of installation and ease of relocation. It is capable of stabilising and sustaining electric current over a protracted distance between the display and power source.

The DR-22 also has a number of user-friendly features that further its indispensability for dentists and other medical professionals. Besides an optional handle and built-in speakers ideal for patient education or entertainment, the display features an “Illuminator Mode” that will serve X-ray filming well.

In addition to LED backlighting and 1920 x 1080 resolution, the DR-22 comes with AG Neovo’s Advanced Image Platform™ (AIP) technology that reproduces Full HD images faithfully. Last but not least, the DR-22 can be integrated into a modern dental clinic and other medical settings. Fitted with multiple video inputs—VGA, DVI, CVBS, S-Video, HDMI, the display can be directly connected to digital imaging equipment, making a chair-side computer redundant.

“AG Neovo has carved a niche in the display market mainly by making sure that its products meet specific needs of specific environments,” says Steve Wang, AG Neovo Product Manager. “The DR-22, a tailor-made display crafted specifically for medical surroundings like dental clinics, stands out as another case in point.”
